Where is BULIMBA ART STUDIO? yes we have moved to Teneriffe, QLD

BULIMBA ART STUDIO has opened its gallery space at the London Offices, Unit 2, 30 Florence Street, in Teneriffe, QLD 4005. Fred Wind sells Original Artworks and exclusive limited editions of artwork at prices you can afford. Fred Wind is the founder of BULIMBA ART STUDIO and is finally making his works available to the public for your enjoyment.
EDITIONS
What is a limited edition?
An edition is a limited series of a particular print or object. Limited editions are fixed in quantity, meaning we will only produce a certain number. All giclees are limited to 50 copies.
What is a Giclee?
  • Giclée Fine Art Prints (pronounced “gee-clay”) are extremely high quality, archival grade, digital prints that use an ultrafine inkjet printing process to produce images of intense colour and vibrancy.
  • Giclée printing is widely regarded as one of the very best photographic and fine art printing methods and has become extremely popular with artists and photographers displaying their images in art galleries, museums and exhibitions.
  • The word “Giclée” comes from the French verb “to spray” and refers to the ink being sprayed onto the paper. This digital reproduction technology utilizes light-fast and UV-resistant pigment based inks with more colours than regular printing to
Are the artists involved in production?
Yes, Fired works directly with our reproduction artists to create high quality reproductions that accurately represent his work. Once the quality is reviewed and approved, the edition is released.
What is a stretched canvas print?
A stretched canvas print is a print on canvas that has been stretched over a frame. Stretched canvas prints are ready to hang. They do not require any additional framing or matting. If a canvas print is not stretched, it will need to be stretched before it can be hung or framed.
How do I know that my edition is authentic?
Each edition comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. All editions are also signed, marked, or numbered on the edition itself. If you have any questions about how an edition is signed and numbered, contact us at bulimbaartstudio1@gmail.com.
Do editions ever sell out?
Yes. Limited editions can sell out since there are a predefined number of editions available.
If I buy an edition, do I own the copyright?
No. The copyright is not transferred to the purchaser of the edition.
SHIPPING & FEES

When will my order ship? Production time varies by print and depending on your order. (For example, a framed print will take longer to produce than an unframed print.) You will receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email that will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. Please note that our offices are open Tuesday through Saturday and orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday – Monday.

How much does shipping cost?
You may elect to ship your package either by Australia Post (2-6 days depending on location), or Australia Post Next Day Air. The cost will depend on shipping method, the size and weight of your purchase, as well as the shipping destination. All shipping costs can be estimated during the checkout process and before confirming your order.
My order is still marked as “unshipped.” What’s the deal?
Email bulimbaartstudio1@gmail.com to check the status of your order. Include the name you used to place the order and the order number in your message.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally via the Australia Post. International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are set by the government of the destination country. These fees will be due upon arrival and are in addition to the cost of artwork and shipping and handling. We can’t discount customs duties or reimburse you for these costs.
How do you declare goods for international orders?
We declare all shipments as artwork at the price of the work being shipped. As a business, we have to be honest on customs forms. 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Our general policy is that we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If there is a problem with your shipment, send us an email at bulimbaartstudio1@gmail.com
What if an Artwork gets damaged during shipping or has a printing flaw?
If yourArtwork arrives damaged, please contact us at bulimbaartstudio1@gmiail.com. All claims on damaged prints must be made with 48 hours of receiving the package. Please keep in mind that prints may not be replaceable as all of our prints are limited release.
